Very rare Thorens Concrete High End Turntable

The Turntable comes with a SME drill out wood base, external 220 Volt AC / 60 Hz Power Supply. New original felt mat and belt. The Turntable is in working condition, near mint optical condition. It was the last really well engineered German and Switzerland made Turntable from Thorens Lahr. Original Serial Number: 119.
It is electronically base on the TD 320 / TD 520 series with a concrete base. It is a great sounding turntable.
Nobody knows how many were made in total. Some say 200 others say 350.
Does include a SME 3009 S2 tonearm with the original SME cable, including the antiskating weight but not the cartridge. Also included the original owner’s manual, the original AC Power Supply 230 Volt / 50/60 Hz. If necessary, we can supply a 117 Volt / 50/60 Hz original Thorens Power supply and finally the original box with wood inlays and clamp mechanism for a save transportation.
The story of this turntable. It was sent from Thorens Switzerland to a HiFi-Show somewhere in Europe. After the Show the turntable came back and was storage. In fact, this turntable is new and works perfect.
DESCRIPTION FROM THE ORIGINAL THORENS SALES CATALOGUE:
"HiFi on the Rocks" (Thorens brochure): The legendary "Concrete drive" was the work of a young designer from Switzerland. Modelled after the basic shape of a record, the "Concrete" not only wowed visually, it also offered a convincing technical performance. The base made of concrete and the leaf-sprung sub chassis carved out of an aluminium block damped impact sound and vibrations. This audiophile sculpture was mainly equipped with the SME 3009 S2 tonearm (the pictured turntable is equipped with the SME 3009 S2). Another special feature: the 2.7 kg platter made of mineral glass. It is driven by the 24-pole synchronous motor known from the 300 series to a 1.5 kg aluminium sub-platter.
