Schopper Swiss made TP 63 cartridge wand (complete armtube) replacement for all TP 62 & TP 63 armtubes. This cartridge wand is 100% made in Switzerland.

The metal parts are made with state-of-the-art Swiss CNC machines. The cartridge wand itself it now shielded for no hum and noise.

The connectors are soldered with cardas audio quad eutectic silver solder. We upgraded this armwand with high quality 5N CRYSTAL OCC (PCOCC) litz tonearm wire and the cartridge connector terminals were made from high quality Sn-P bronze with high conductivity 24K GOLD plating.

The armtube is much stiffer as the original stock TP 63. That means it will generate less resonances and you can use heavy MC Cartridges it is equipped with an original Thorens TP 68 aluminium headshell who made the whole adjustment of the cartridge much easier. For the first time you can adjust the azimuth and you can use standard 2.5 mm screws.

Sound wise it is really a big upgrade. You can hear it immediately. The weight of the complete armtube without mounting screws is 15 grams. It comes with an original new old stock Thorens armrest, 2.5 mm screws, nuts & washer set.

Each armtube is carefully tested. The original TP 63 – 16 armtube was in use with the following tonearms and turntables: TP 16 MK II & TP 16 MK III, Thorens TD 126 MK II, TD 126 MK III, TD 145 MK II & TD 160 MK II. Also you can use it as replacement for the TP 62 armtube.
