This was the last professional tape recorder manufactured in Switzerland by Studer before production of analogue tape recorders ceased.

This device was very popular because the machine was very compact. For example, it can be installed in a 19 inch rack. The machine can also be configured using various jumpers. This means there are four speeds available. In addition, NAB and CCIR can be optionally preselected.
